An update on the High Court decision in Vestergaard Frandsen A/S and others v (1) Bestnet Europe Limited and others [2009] EWHC 1456 (Ch) concerning the remedies available to the claimants following an earlier High Court decision that, amongst others, a consultant had misused confidential information.
