The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) has recently launched an enhanced website. The new website clearly distinguishes between various kinds of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration, mediation, adjudication and domain name dispute resolution. Materials can also be located more easily on the new site.
