The MOH is responsible for drawing up state policy and regulation in healthcare and social development. The MOH submits to the Government drafts of federal constitutional laws, federal laws, acts of the President and the Government in healthcare, including on the organisation of medical assistance related to pharmaceutical activity, and the quality, efficacy and safety of medicines.
