A specific set of procedures applies to AAA-administered UNCITRAL arbitrations.
When parties select the AAA for an international case, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution's ( www.practicallaw.com/1-502-5655) (ICDR) International Dispute Resolution Procedures will apply unless the parties have expressly provided for the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules in their arbitration agreement.
