PLC Arbitration has published a comparative table, Comparison between ICC Rules of Arbitration 1998 and ICC Rules of Arbitration 2012. The table highlights the key differences between the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Rules of Arbitration 1998 and the revised ICC Rules of Arbitration 2012 (ICC Rules 2012). This follows on from the recent launch of the revised ICC Rules 2012 (see Legal update, ICC Rules of Arbitration 2012 launched).

PLC Arbitration is continuing to review and amend its materials to reflect the ICC Rules 2012.
