The FTC's revised thresholds under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act are now effective.
On February 27, 2012, the revised thresholds for premerger notification filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act (HSR Act) became effective. The revised thresholds were announced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) on January 24, 2012 (see Legal Update, FTC Revises Thresholds for HSR Act Filings and Interlocking Directorates Violations). The FTC's filing fee page has been updated to reflect the revised thresholds.
