An all monies guarantee and indemnity given by one or more than one corporate entity (the guarantor(s)) in favour of a single lender (the beneficiary) in respect of all monies, debts and liabilities which more than one corporate debtor (the borrowers) incur to the lender on any account in connection with banking or other credit facilities provided by that lender.
