CIETAC arbitration rules 2012: updated materials

PLC Arbitration has reviewed and amended its materials to reflect the recent launch of CIETAC's arbitration rules 2012, which came into force on 1 May 2012. (Free Access.)

We have reviewed and amended all relevant PLC Arbitration resources to reflect the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Arbitration Rules 2012, which came into force on 1 May 2012 (see Legal update, CIETAC Arbitration Rules 2012 come into force).

We have also published 2012 versions of our Practice note and flowchart on the CIETAC Arbitration Rules authored by Herbert Smith LLP. As the 2005 Rules will continue to apply to arbitrations commenced before 1 May 2012 (unless otherwise agreed), the 2005 versions are still available:
