In Bramston v Haut [2012] EWHC 1279 (Ch) (21 May 2012), the High Court considered if a trustee in bankruptcy had acted unreasonably in refusing to apply for an order suspending a bankrupt's discharge from bankruptcy, so as to justify an order doing so under section 303(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986.
