An overview of the FCA's Prospectus Rules, that applied to issues of securities before 21 July 2019, when the Prospectus Rules were replaced by the new Prospectus Regulation Rules (PRRs).

The pre-July 2019 Prospectus Rules continued to apply to prospectuses approved before that date, until the prospectus was no longer valid or until twelve months had elapsed since 21 July 2019, whichever was earlier.
