The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia acceded to the Patent Co-operation Treaty (PCT) on 3 May 2013. The PCT will come into force in Saudi Arabia on August 3, 2013. For more information, see Practice note, Overview of patents: Patent Co-operation Treaty (PCT).
