The European Commission, on 30 July 2013, adopted its 20th Annual Report on the application of the principles of subsidiarity and proportionality in EU lawmaking, covering the year 2012. This Report complements the Annual Report on relations between the Commission and the national Parliaments, which was adopted on the same date.
