The Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) has approved a new form that will allow employees and their union representatives to file retaliation complaints online under the 22 whistleblower statutes administered by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
On July 26, 2013, the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs approved a new form that will allow employees and their union representatives to file retaliation complaints online under the 22 whistleblower statutes administered by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). OSHA intends the online form to make the filing process of these complaints easier. OSHA has not yet indicated when it will make the form available for use on its website.
