A Standard Document for the purchase of IT services by a Chinese entity from a foreign (that is, non-Chinese) supplier, drafted from the purchaser's perspective.

This Standard Document has been adapted from the English law Standard Document, Agreement for the purchase of IT services (pro-customer) for use in China transactions and has been drafted so as to be usable in contracts governed by the laws of China. With minor tailoring it can also be used in contracts governed by the law of another jurisdiction. If the governing law is of a jurisdiction other than China, ensure that the contract has been reviewed by locally-qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdiction before using this contract.
