Second Circuit

Southern District of New York

The US District Court for the Southern District of New York updated its CM/ECF procedures manual. A copy of the previous version is available here.
The court also issued a new application form for bringing personal electronics into the courthouse, as well as a standing order regarding electronic devices.
Judge John G. Koeltl updated his individual practices. A copy of the previous version is available here.
Judge Gregory H. Woods amended his individual practices in criminal cases.

Eighth Circuit

Eastern District of Arkansas

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas updated its CM/ECF procedures for both civil and criminal cases. The previous version of the civil procedures is available here, and the previous version of the criminal procedures is available here.

Ninth Circuit

Central District of California

Judge Consuelo B. Marshall amended her motion schedule on her procedures and schedules FAQ web page.
Judge Fernando M. Olguin also amended his procedures and schedules FAQ web page, including changes regarding a sealed documents pilot program, ex parte applications, providing mandatory chambers copies, continuances and law clerk/extern applications.

Northern District of California

Judge Edward M. Chen posted a new civil standing order. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Tenth Circuit

District of Utah

The US District Court for the District of Utah posted a version of its local rules updated with a summary of Utah patent rules deadlines and time frames.

Eleventh Circuit

Middle District of Florida

Judge Virginia M. Hernandez Covington updated her judicial info web page by indicating that findings of fact and conclusions of law filed in connection with a bench trial should be e-mailed to chambers in Word format, rather than in WordPerfect format.
