District of Columbia Circuit

District of Columbia

The US District Court for the District of Rhode Island posted a new general order regarding electronic filing of civil complaints.

Second Circuit

Eastern District of New York

The US District Court for the Eastern District of New York posted a notice to the bar reminding attorneys that effective May 5, 2014, the e-submission of case initiating documents is no longer available. Counsel should instead open and file civil cases directly on ECF.
