The City of London Law Society (CLLS) has published the response of its Regulatory Law Committee to the consultation paper of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) on the MiFID II Directive (2014/65/EU) and the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (MiFIR) (Regulation 600/2014).
