This Legal Update reports on significant changes to the local rules and procedures for all US federal district courts and appellate courts between May 6 and 12, 2015. It also reports on changes to the individual practice rules for the judges in select district courts during this period.
Second Circuit
Southern District of New York
The US District Court for the Southern District of New York announced that new civil actions must be filed electronically using the court’s electronic case filing system, beginning June 8, 2015.
