DOS Revises October Visa Bulletin and Announces FY2015 Green Card Quota Exhausted | Practical Law

The US Department of State announced it is revising the October 2015 Visa Bulletin to roll back the permitted filing dates for anticipatory consular processing or adjustment of status applications.
