The EU General Court has upheld a decision by an OHIM Board of Appeal that found a likelihood of confusion between a composite mark consisting of a stylised representation in colour of a caiman, with its torso made up of the letters of the word "kajman", for which registration was sought as a Community trade mark (CTM) and an earlier figurative CTM consisting of a representation in black and white of a crocodile.
