The Access to the Countryside (Exclusions and Restrictions) (England) Regulations 2003 have been laid before Parliament. The regulations permit exclusions and restrictions to be made to the public rights of access under the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000. The regulations will come into force on 17 November 2003.
