On 17 June 2005, the German Bundestag and the Bundesrat approved fundamental changes to the German Anti-trust Regulations of the Act Against Restraints on Competition (ARC). These changes were published in the Federal Law Gazette on 12 July 2005 and will enter into force with retrospective effect as of 1 July 2005.
