In a case concerning the National Maritime Museum (NMM), the Information Tribunal has overturned a decision of the Information Commissioner, and concluded that the "commercial interest" exemption in the Freedom of Information Act 2000 did not exempt the NMM from an obligation to disclose the financial details of a contract with an exhibiting artist.
