A number of alternative clauses for an employment contract to provide that, where there is a change of control of the employing company, the employee will be entitled to enhanced notice or a lump sum payment on termination in certain circumstances. They may be used, for example, in Standard documents, Director's service agreement (which already includes them as optional clauses) or Employment contract for a senior employee. They may also be adapted for use in other agreements.
