Feasibility

Also known as feasible. A standard which must be satisfied to obtain bankruptcy court approval of a Chapter 11 plan of reorganization. Feasibility requires that the plan be workable and have a reasonable probability of success so that confirmation of the plan is not likely to be followed by liquidation or the need for further financial reorganization.
