Oath for administrator (surviving spouse or civil partner): no minority or life interests, with drafting notes

An oath for an administrator who is the surviving spouse or civil partner of a deceased person who did not leave a valid will where none of the beneficiaries under the intestacy rules is a minor or has a life interest.
