These particulars of claim support an application for enforcement of an adjudicator's decision under CPR Part 7 and by way of summary judgment under CPR Part 24 in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC).They should be used in conjunction with Standard document, Adjudication enforcement: claim form.

These particulars of claim are drafted on the basis that the parties have entered into a construction contract in writing.
