The First-tier Tribunal (Information Rights) has upheld the Information Commissioner's decision that a hospital trust was not required to disclose a doctor's details in a settlement agreement, which had already been disclosed in redacted form, as the information was exempt from disclosure under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
