ECJ judgment on rights of national competition authorities in appeal proceedings

On 7 December 2010, the ECJ handed down its judgment on a reference from the Belgian courts in relation to the rights of the Belgian Competition Council in proceedings involving an appeal against one of its decisions in the national court.
