- Practice note, Maritime arbitration clauses, which provides recommended arbitration clauses from 14 maritime arbitral institutions, and example arbitration clauses contained in a number of standard form charterparties and bills of lading.
- Practice note, Reinsurance arbitration clauses, which provides recommended arbitration clauses from AIDA Reinsurance and Insurance Arbitration Society US (ARIAS US) and ARIAS (UK) the Insurance and Reinsurance Arbitration Society.
