The federal banking agencies have extended the comment period on the proposed rules implementing the Volcker Rule until February 13, 2012.
On December 23, 2011, the federal banking agencies extended the comment period on the proposed rules implementing the Volcker Rule from January 13, 2012 to February 13, 2012. This extension is in response to requests from the public for additional time for comments.
