The NYSE sent its annual letters to its listed domestic companies and foreign private issuers reminding them of the NYSE's corporate governance requirements and of their notification and filing obligations with the exchange.
On February 16, 2012, the NYSE issued a letter to the executives of its domestic listed companies and a letter to the executives of its listed foreign private issuers to remind them of the NYSE's corporate governance requirements and of their notification and filing obligations with the exchange. In the letters, the NYSE highlighted, among other things:
  • Exchange notification requirements.
  • Recent rule changes.
  • Corporate governance requirements.
  • Transactions requiring supplemental listing applications.
  • The exchange's timely alert policy.
