The International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC) has published its statistics for the year 2011.
The statistics show that ICAC registered 252 new claims in 2011 from companies based in 39 countries (with CIS countries prevailing). ICAC also provides a breakdown of the cases based on the subject matter and value of the disputes, and the nationality of the parties.
