On 9 January 2013, the Court of Appeal in AB (Sudan) v Secretary of State for the Home Department [2013] EWCA Civ 16 granted the applicant permission to appeal against an interlocutary order refusing a stay of judicial review proceedings pending the outcome of an appeal of a related case to the Supreme Court.
