Employers are reminded that the new I-9 Form is required beginning on May 7, 2013. Form I-9 is used by all employers to verify the identity and employment eligibility of all new employees. The new Form I-9, published by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on March 8, 2013, replaces all prior versions. Employers can find the new form and employer instruction manual on the USCIS website.
