Occupancy Rate

A metric for measuring a hotel's performance, along with RevPAR and average daily rate (ADR). It is calculated by dividing the number of guest rooms sold by the number of rooms available for a given time period.
Occupancy Rate = Rooms Sold / Available Rooms.
