Second Circuit

The US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit updated its instructions for submitting a corrected attorney admission application.

Fourth Circuit

Northern District of West Virginia

The US District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia announced that the court will begin using pay.gov on November 3, 2014, for online credit card payments of filing fees for civil complaints, notices of removal, civil appeal events and criminal appeal events.

Fifth Circuit

Middle District of Louisiana

The US District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana issued a general order confirming that Uniform Local Rule 16.3.1M has been repealed and that a formal ADR program no longer exists in the district. The order also vacated General Order 2000-9.

Northern District of Mississippi

The US District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi posted revised local rules for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, which will go into effect on December 1, 2014. The current version of the local rules is available here.

Sixth Circuit

Eastern District of Michigan

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan announced revisions to the court's local rules. The revised rules go into effect on November 1, 2014.

Seventh Circuit

Northern District of Illinois

Magistrate Judge Maria Valdez updated her instructions for settlement conferences. A copy of the previous version is available here.

Central District of California

Judge Sheri Pym:
