District of Delaware

The US District Court for the District of the Virgin Islands posted a notice regarding bar membership renewal for 2015.

Fourth Circuit

Eastern District of Virginia

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia amended Local Civil Rules 7.1 and 83.1, and Local Criminal Rule 57.4, effective January 9, 2015.
The court also announced that CVB cases will be electronically filed and available through PACER beginning with the cases set for hearing the week of February 2, 2015. Attorneys filing documents (for example, motions and so on) must do so electronically. Paper documents will no longer be accepted for filing. Petty Offense cases will be denoted with a "po."

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas issued:
  • A general order regarding district judge case assignment of civil and criminal actions.
