In Shipowners’ Mutual Protection and Indemnity Association (Luxembourg) v Containerships Denizcilik Nakliyat Ve Ticaret AS [2015] EWHC 258 (Comm), the Commercial Court considered whether to continue an anti-suit injunction against proceedings brought in Turkey under a statute which permitted direct action by a third party against a liability insurer.
