A letter from a floating charge holder to confirm to a buyer of assets that a floating charge over the assets to be acquired has not crystallised into a fixed charge.
A letter of non-crystallisation does not release assets from security. If the relevant assets are subject to a fixed charge or mortgage and need to be released from that security interest, use Standard document, Deed of release: full release or Standard document, Deed of release: partial release as appropriate.
