Commercial sale contracts: Notice to complete (Incorporating the Standard Commercial Property Conditions (Second Edition)) | Practical Law

A notice to be given where completion has not occurred on the contractual completion date. The notice makes time of the essence and requires the completion of the contract in accordance with Condition 8 of the Standard Commercial Property Conditions (Second Edition) (SCPC). The notice is suitable for use with most commercial sale contracts that incorporate the SCPC.
