Greenpeace to judicially review government's nuclear proposals

Greenpeace has been granted permission by the High Court to bring judicial review proceedings against the government in respect of the proposals for new nuclear power stations announced as part of the government's Energy Review. The case is scheduled to be heard between 7-9 February 2007.
