ESG is an employers' organisation, founded in 1990, whose membership consist mainly of large multinational private-sector employers operating across a wide spectrum of activities in the UK, Europe and worldwide.

It provides networking opportunities and bespoke consulting with a particular specialism in European Works Councils and the Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations 2004 (ICE Regulations). It also provides documentation and guidance for employers wishing to set up information and consultation arrangements, through its "JUST 15" website (www.just15.co.uk).
