Letter permitting tenant to pay rent monthly

A letter from a landlord to a tenant recording the landlord's agreement to accept the rent due under the lease on a monthly basis, instead of quarterly. The letter records a temporary waiver of the terms of the lease: it does not permanently vary the lease.
