What's Market: Public M&A
Details from the What's Market deals database of takeovers of UK public companies since 1 January 2007. The database contains a summary of each takeover with links to the deal documentation and any relevant legal updates.
The scope as from 19 September 2011 covers all takeover offers announced for targets with shares listed on the Main Market or admitted to AIM to which the Takeover Code applies, regardless of deal value.
The scope for 2009 to 18 September 2011 covered takeovers of targets with shares listed on the Main Market with a deal value of £100 million and above, and targets with shares admitted to AIM with a deal value of £50 million and above.
The scope for 2007 to 2008 covered takeovers with a deal value of £250 million and above.
