The official mechanism for the storage of regulated information in the UK. For the purposes of the NSM, all information that is required to be disclosed under the Listing Rules, the Prospectus Regulation Rules, the disclosure requirements and the Transparency Rules is regulated information. It is an online facility that became operational on 14 May 2010 and can be accessed from the FCA's webpage on the National Storage Mechanism.
