Regulation W
The Federal Reserve Board regulation that implements the affiliate-transactions requirements under Sections 23A and 23B of the Federal Reserve Act. Regulation W also:
- Further defines certain terms used under Sections 23A and 23B.
- Provides interpretive guidance on how the requirements of Sections 23A and 23B are to be applied.
- Provides for certain exemptions from the requirements of Sections 23A and 23B.
