On 2 December 2010, the First-tier Tribunal (Information Rights) (formerly the Information Tribunal) published decision notice EA/2010/0056 relating to an application to strike out a notice of appeal on the ground that the reasons for the appeal did not constitute proper grounds for continuing the appeal.
