The Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) provides free internet access to Australasian legal materials. AustLII is a joint facility of the University of Technology Sydney and the University of New South Wales Faculties of Law. AustLII contains up-to-date legislative materials and case law for all Australian jurisdictions including the Commonwealth, and all states and territories. AustLII also contains a large collection of secondary materials including commentaries and summaries on the law.
