We have updated our collection of Ad hoc arbitration clauses with the addition of a France: ad hoc arbitration clause, with integrated drafting notes. The clause and notes have been drafted by Brendan Green at Herbert Smith Freehills.

The resource now provides sample arbitration clauses for 19 jurisdictions, all with accompanying drafting notes, with a view to providing a starting point for those negotiating or drafting ad hoc arbitration agreements. We will continue to add clauses for other jurisdictions in the coming weeks.
